A fully glazed foyer with ramped access leading to an inner foyer, with creche, baby change and refreshment provision. A first floor balcony to house meeting and storage rooms. Remove existing choir stalls and replace with accessible platform area and dais. Modify wet heating system and ventilation works, sound system / loop system, lighting and power. Provide thermal board dry – lining, floor coverings, skitings and secondary glazing to stained glass windows. Redecorate internally; replace roof covering, timbers and thermal insulation. Upgrade kitchen and serving area. Landscape the surrounds of the church.
