West Bank Dock Estate Trans Pennine Trail Link

Improvement of existing Trans Pennine Trail in Halton and to upgrade it to acceptable standards together with the relocation of a section across land used formerly as a disused power plant building owned by ICI and recently demolished. Purchase of this land and re-routing the trail. Some embankment protection works are also required on nearby site to secure the Trail in that location.
