West Bridgford Sports Club, Nottingham – Refurbishment of Community Facility (40164/D)

The project aim is to modernise the building by installing a new pitched roof, structural supports to replace the existing columns that make the room inflexible, double glazed windows and doors to replace the timber framed single glazed windows, 2 changing rooms will be refurbished, a full re-wire of the electrics, the kitchen will be extended and modern appliances will be installed, ladies and gents toilets will be replaced and include a new disabled access toilet and baby changing facility, the clubroom will have a new solid ceiling, lights, floor and full redecoration, 2 new draught lobbies will be included, external walls will be insulated and rendered to improve the thermal performance. The grant will contribute towards the refurbishment of the community sports facility.
