West Ella War Memorial Refurbishment

To refurbish the West Ella War Memorial.
The original stone Memorial Spire was damaged beyond repair many years ago and only one photograph of the memorial in its former glory survives. Just the main pillar survives now.
The project aims to erect a new spire on top of the remaining pillar in 2018, 100 years after the end of WW1.
