West Park Access Project

The funding is to pay for a footbridge to allow access from the north of West Park and for an all weather path. Currently people do access the park from the north by crossing a muddy and steep ditch and walking though an area of brambles. This is both unpleasant and dangerous but the alternative is to walk an additional 1/4 mile. The path will allow the park to be used fully in the winter where currently is gets very wet, with large muddles forming for many months.
