Westcliff Free Church, London Road, Proposed Repairs to the Roof and Walls to Eliminate Water Leaks and Damp

To recover the pitch roof with high performance bituminous layered felting, replace the existing fascias and guttering, install chemical injection damp proof courses to the walls and hack off damaged internal plaster as necessary and replaster, and lower the external ground level paving adjacent to the walls, so as to eliminate all water leaks and damp in the church building.
