Westgate Community Hall - Phase 3 - Mezzanine

Creation of a mezzanine to create some smaller rooms to increase the potential use of the hall. The mezzanine will would also create an inner lobby, cutting down on heat loss and noise as well as giving privacy to the main hall (at present main doors open straight into main hall).
