Westhead Village Hall Improvements (P3)

Remove old plaster, re-plaster and decorate the Hall. Car park / access improvements to include replacing damaged flags at front of Hall, remove / relay tarmac including edging the area being improved. Replace some stoneware in Hall entrance, repair damaged brickwork and provide lighting. To assist in reopening the Hall and complying with Covid regulations, purchase portable ventilators and extraction fans. Improve outdoor community area at the Hall buy purchasing outdoor tables.
