Wet Woodland Project - Unit 3 Risley Moss SAC SSSI LNR

The project aims to re-wet and enhance 10 ha of wet woodland. The woodland has an extensive network of ditches that will be blocked by the construction of 30 plastic pile/peat dams. This will raise water levels and restore the hydrological condition required by the wet woodland habitat.
