Wetheral Village Community Hall – Green Energy

The aim of the project is to purchase and install power storage batteries and inverter at Wetheral Village Community Hall, as well as replacing lights in the building with LED bulbs compatible with the batteries installed.

The project will allow storage of the power generated by the existing roof mounted solar panels so that they can more efficiently utilise this power for the electricity it needs, purchase less power from the grid, save on energy bills, and reduce environmental impact.
