Wetland Improvements

The Millennium Country Park is the premier green infrastructure site in the Marston Vale, covering 225 hectares (ha) and comprising of a mosaic of woodland, wetland, grassland and open water.
This project will aim to improve facilities within the Wetland reserve, enabling and encouraging more people to access the Wetlands.
This will be achieved with the construction of a new bird hide and two new viewing screens within the Wetland Reserve. The new bird hide will be just 400m from the Forest Centre, making it particularly accessible to those who feel unable to access the existing hides further into the Wetland Reserve.
