Whale Hill Flowers

For flower tubs to be placed outside of the Whale Hill Community Centre, which is used by approx. 700 people p.w. for leisure, training and social activities. The Centre is maintained and managed by the Association (not for profit) and is open Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00 and 4 evenings per week 6:30-10:00. The visual improvements will attract more residents to use the Centre where they can access job search support and other activities designed to encourage community cohesion and address social isolation, and local volunteers will be responsible for maintaining the flower tubs/plants.
