Whatman Park Wild Flower Meadow

Friends of Whatman Park wish to create new meadow habitats of up to 0.5 hectare ot complement preciously installed flower meadow and current fauna. This project will involve Maidstone Borough Council, as land owner. Also Medway Valley Countryside Partnership (MVCP) will provide an advisory role and support our work through their Meadow Champions Scheme. Friends of Whatman Park usually number up to 30 local volunteers. Project success is dependent on expert ground preparation provided by professional contractors.
