Wheel Field Project, nr Wolverhampton – Pathways (40237/D)

The project aims is to to provide a community space to cater for residents aged 0-99 years. The project incorporates a formalised network of pathways to enable the site to be accessed and used by all. Replacement and additional tree planting will be carried out, this will help preserve the avenue of trees for the long term – the trees are important habitat for the local bat population. A community orchard with, wild flower planting increases biodiversity Green gym equipment to promote and encourage health and fitness. A natural play area to encourage the younger generation to utilise the field.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the pathways.
