Whitefield Graveyard Improvements

To repair walls and paths and improve the environment and green spaces:

i) Provide disabled access
ii) Reduce anti-social behaviour by improving visibility
iii) Develop a wild flower and shrubs/tree planting area for a more pleasing environment.
