To make capital improvements to our building, creating a modern inclusive environment that can become a vibrant community centre and charity wellbeing hub, supporting disadvantaged & disabled people and their families in Wigan and surrounding areas through social activities and specialist support.
To replace the windows in the top floor and improve the toilets.
