Wigan St Cuthberts & Norley Hall Sports & Community Pitches refurbishment

We aim to improve our facillities for the benefit of our community,to improve the playing surfaces,to get a signifacant increase of games played,to increase the health benefits to more youngsters,the spectator barriers are essential,in keeping people of the pitches with prams ,cycles etc,the tarmac paths will benefit the disabled,with improved access for wheel chairs,at the moment people will walk across 1st pitch to access other pitches,which takes its toll in winter,and we have postpone games,also with the pitch work of deep vertidrain,sanding of 2 pitches (80 tons)re seeding,and weed treatment,we anticipate to increse the games played by 50%
