Wigginton Recreation Hall Extension

This project will extend the recreation hall in order to provide more storage space, improved toilet facilities with disabled access and a linking corridor that will provide access to the toilets from each of the facility’s two halls. The halls are both very well used by 16 different groups on a regular basis, but the existing layout means that people can only access the toilets from one of the halls and therefore groups/people using the second hall either have to go outside the building to obtain access to the w/c or they have to interrupt the people using the other hall. This project will extend both halls in order to accommodate a new storage area and disabled toilet as well as a new linking corridor and entrance lobby that allows independent access to the toilets from both halls.
