Wild Banbury – Spiceball Park

Spiceball Park was laid out over 25 years ago to provide an informal country park, giving local people access to an area of open countryside from the very centre of the town. This project will aim to improve an existing pond which is currently overgrown, as well as creating a new pond complex in the wild area of the park. This will enhance the habitat for wildlife, which can then be enjoyed by local people, particularly with the installation of a pond dipping platform, interpretation boards and a high quality nature trail
