Wild Warley, Warley Woods Community Trust, Smethwick

Wild Warley is a project which will transform Warley Woods from a green space managed purely for human use to a space managed for wildlife and biodiversity too. It will involve research surveys and taking professional advice. It will begin the longer term work of making physical improvements, including establishing a permanent body of water. It will involve 1,400 residents in learning about wildlife and skills to help them volunteer into the future.
