Wildlife and community enhancement project for Wolvercote Lakes

The project will restore public access to and local people’s enjoyment of Wolvercote Lakes, also improving the site for a wide variety of wildlife. Works will include: installing new gates and railings; laying footpaths; undertaking a range of habitat improvements; removing non-native plants; installing interpretation, benches a viewing hide and dipping/viewing platform; and re-installing bridges to the first and second island.
