Wildlife Window: education in, on and for the environment

To build a new Field Shelter in the Conservation Area of the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew – an area of c 40 acres of natural British woodland and meadow land. This permanent field shelter will enhance and compliment educational activities in the area. The building will allow the storage of equipment and offer display space. As well as classroom space for visiting schools the shelter will allow programmes such as bat and badger watching to conservation management programmes for adults, young people, and the general public visiting the gardens
