Willenhall – Creation of community garden

The project is to improve a piece of green open space 0.58 hectares that is currently a large area of grass and overgrown shrubland.The area has attracted litter and anti social behaviour.The improvements will not only protect the open space but it will provide an area that all of the community can use.

The project will provide facilities for the local community that are currently missing from the neighbourhood including a more accessible open space and seating area. The site would also be used for holding outdoor community events. Once the project is completed the community will have an area to go for walks or to just sit and enjoy the open space. The site will be suitable for all ages to enjoy.
