William Parnell Park

The project aims to transform and redesign the current play area at William Parnell Community Park in the Sands End ward in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. We plan to remove the existing playground and create a ‘natural play’ space which incorporates popular items of play equipment (e.g. swings, slides) within a landscape designed to maximize play value. Such a landscape may consist of contours, boulders, logs and carefully selected planting. This will inspire and create an exciting leisure space for children and young people living in the Sands End Ward.
