Willsbridge Mill Barn Roof, Willsbridge Mill Community Refresh (WMCR), Bristol

The barn is a building adjacent to a grade II listed mill and is the focal hub for the community and housing the community café and space for hire. Its clay pantile roof has numerous broken and cracked tiles and subsequently leaks in many places. There is no continuous under felt and insulations levels are minimal. The intention is to remove the existing tiles, insulate the roof void, fix new vapour barrier and insulation and new tile batons and re-fix the existing tiles with new flashings and finishes. The existing rain water goods will be replaced and the rood made water tight.
