Wincanton War Memorial Hall - Heating and Air Conditioning

The existing heating and air conditioning system is old (over 20 years old) and the air conditioning part of the system has broken and has been condemned by the servicing company. The heating part of the system is very inefficient and it has been advised to replace both parts together.
