Windmill Hill Environment Centre

The Windmill Hill City Farm proposes to build an environment education centre which will focus on their work in promoting, informing and advising the public on recycling, reducing and re-using materials as part of their conservation programme. Local Agenda 21 issues and environmental improvement form part of their programme.
