Winnall Community Centre, Winchester – New Roof (1911/D)

A new roof system with waterproof layers and insulation will be installed on top of the existing roof coverings. The fascias and soffits will be over-clad, and new rainwater gutters, pipes and water butts installed.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the roof replacement.
