Winsleys House, Colchester - New Central Heating and Lighting (20115/D)

The project aims to upgrade of the central heating system and boiler for Winsley's House. This project involves draining down all the existing central heating system and removing all the radiators and pipework. A new central heating system will then be installed including replacement radiators to improve heating output. In addition we would like to replace all our old T12 with T8 tubes to reduce energy consumption. The Trust grant will contribute towards the new central heating and lighting.
