Winstanley Tennis Club – New Clubhouse

To build a new clubhouse, finish patio areas, landscape surrounding areas, tarmac car park and add two mini tennis courts for players under 10. Enabling access to the club for persons with physical disabilities. The new clubhouse will be used for table tennis, social functions, indoor mini tennis and other community activities. It is the intention of the club to make the new clubhouse the hub of the community providing activities for all ages and from all local ethnic minorities. A practice wall will be built as one side of the building. We intend to depect a local scene on the wall painted by local schools in addition to displaying local art in the clubhouse. The landscaping is expected to be similar to a French park to allow local residents a place to go and talk, read, browse, etc.
