Winthorpe Community Centre - Replace Warm Air Heaters and some windows

The project aims to rectify the heating of the Community Centre and ensure it is in working order by replacing the old warm air heating system which will be more efficient and cost effective. In addition the existing water heating will be decommissioned, uninstalled and a new combi boiler installed.
The applicants also intend to replace some of the windows in the centre that have blown and do not open. This will allow better ventilation and bring more natural light into the main hall.
