Wiveliscombe, Jublilee Gardens - Restoration

The Jubilee gardens are public gardens owned by the council. The work consists of making them safe by repairing the South wall and improvements to the gardens. To replace broken West boundary fence with a wall, new seats, garden gates, clear and replant beds, plant beech hedge, close western entrance.
