WM Caroline Street Community Wildlife Garden – Growing Roots

The project will establish new area of wildlife garden for use as training and educational facility. Volunteers will be trained in environmental and conservation issues: recycling, composting, conserving water, and growing their own food. There will be a pond dipping platform and disabled access, a bog area, bird boxes, butterfly and pollinator garden, compost bins, bug traps. Local community groups will take part in constructing this area for their use and enjoyment, and all will be encouraged to monitor the development, and record species.
