Wonder at Your Feet, Logan Botanic Gardens

Wonder at Your Feet, based at Logan Botanic Garden, aims to promote the conservation of Scottish native plants that are found locally along the coast line. Many of the plants that are highlighted through this project are rare because they are threatened in their natural environment. Due to the very mild climate, many of the plants are near the edge of their geographical range. Many of the species and habitats that are listed are detailed in the local Biodiversity Action Plan (LBAP). These include Isle of Man Cabbage, Coincya monensis ssp, monensis, linum perenne and small restharrow, ononis reclinata.
