Woodhouse Close Community Allotment Association

The Woodhouse Close Allotment Association was established in 2003. There are 51 allotments on the site and two areas within the grounds that have been set aside for community use.

The association is looking for funding to develop a community garden for use by the local school and local residents. There are three schools within 5 minutes of the site and an outdoor space and shared tools will contribute to providing a positive outdoor learning experience for all ages. The association hopes that by developing these areas they will encourage young and old people to use the site, thereby creating a positive image.
