Woodland and Park Improvements - Winchester Field and Nature Area

Currently the playground, field, and woods are all inaccessible for anyone with any mobility challenges - including families with buggies. The playground is only accessible by a path from the Winchester Avenue side, and almost unusable even for residents on that side for much of the year, due to bad drainage and surfacing. Installation of a 2metre-wide compressed stone path, curving from the footbridge over Burrow Beck across the field to meet the existing concrete path at the playground; plus two small additions Remove some old, tired pieces of playground equipment; refresh and repaint existing ones; install new accessible play equipment: Install wet-pour flooring across the whole playground surface.
