Woodland Revival at Coombes Valley – Creating Diversity

A three year programme of habitat management at Coombes Valley SSSI, including diversifying the scrub/woodland age structure, providing varied habitat for birds and invertebrates, creating woodland edge which are important for birds and invertebrates, creating specific height birch re-growth for the argent and sable moth, providing dead standing wood for birds and invertebrates.
