Woodmancote Community Space and Playpark, North Cerney Parish Council, Glos

The project is to transform the 50-year-old playpark into a multi-generational space that is more attuned with the rural landscape that works for all who live in the community. The vision is to breathe new life into the only community space in the village, with input from the whole community. The existing playpark is poorly designed and equipped and no longer meets the needs of the community. The plan is to improve the health and wellbeing of all age groups by introducing more stimulating play and fitness equipment and creating a social space where all members of the community can come together.
