To replace the very old village hall with a new energy efficient, economical, environmentally friendly community centre. To provide a new sustainable safe childrens play area. To provide 12 affordable homes-desperately needed in the village which will make the hall and play area more secure and a better lit area. (Existing hall is very isolated)
