Woolley Village Hall Refurbishment

Woolley Village Hall (WVH) was built in 1949 and is the main hub for activities and
social gatherings including mother and baby group, knit and natter, lunch club and
young adventurers. The village hall is in urgent need of refurbishment, particularly the kitchen, roof, central heating system, disabled toilet, conservatory, external playground, paths and windows which are old and failing. The need for the project was established by undertaking a building condition report and undertaking consultation and collecting feedback from users.
There is demand for the hall to expand the activities on offer and improving the facilities will help to attract new user groups.
