Wootton Rivers Village Hall Car Park Re - surfacing

Clearing current surface and laying new tarmac to village hall car park which has not been replaced since the building was built in 1962. It's current bad condition is due to general wear and tear and specifically twice monthly usage by Hills vehicles to collect the recycling materials from recycling bins at the rear of the car park.
