Works to Llanidloes Community Centre

The project aims to make the building water tight, weatherproof and improve insulation. To this end, we aim to remove the existing roof, having the old roof safely disposed of in line with asbestos regulations.
A new roof will then be installed and fascias, soffits and rainwater goods, together with any other work found to be necessary.
The roof will be insulated to the maximum specification and the ceilings and lighting improved, as required.
An extension will be added for storage of equipment e.g for gymnastics.
