Worton and Marston Village Hall – Refurbishment

The Trustees of Worton and Marston Village Hall have been working for a number of years with local volunteers to maintain and improve the fabric of the Village Hall. Through our maintenance group and other volunteers we have managed smaller jobs such as fitting a new kitchen, painting the main Hall, replacing the front doors and overhauling the two entrance foyers.However, the Hall is over 100 years old and the external fabric is in need of complete overhauling, including replacement of rotting timbers, treatment applied to remaining timbers, replacement of rough cast rendering, fitting of additional insulation to walls and roof space and the fitting of new windows.
