Wotton Arts Project - Chipping Hall Back Room Development

1. Renovation of the ‘Back Room’ in order to create a second flexible event space With a capacity of 25, the back room will provide a multi-use space that has power and lighting for various arts and crafts workshops, as well as use as a meeting/briefing room 2. Renovation of the outbuilding in order to create an appropriate storage facility Currently in a state of disrepair, this project will improve the aesthetic appearance of a grade II listed building. The outbuilding will be sympathetically refurbished to retain as much of the existing materials as possible, creating a fully accessible storage area.
