Wray Expectations

To improve the energy efficiency of Wray Village Institute. An energy audit has identified savings that can be achieved. This project will implement a revised heating system (under floor in the main hall), insulation underneath a replacement floor, double glazing, cavity wall and ceiling insulation. The heating requirements are to satisfy constant day time occupation – children and older adults, including weekends and also evenings. Improved financial viability through reduced running costs, plus additional; usage as a result of improved accommodation will retain the institute as a focal point for our rural community.
