Wulstan Hall Refurbishment

We need to undertake a refurbishment of our community hall to include installation of a new combination boiler and radiators, installation of a new kitchen to modern standards with new appliances and a full refurbishment / installation of new toilet facilities including provision of a new disabled toilet. The heating system is not really fit for purpose, being high level wall mounted heaters, these are either on or off, so cannot be controlled by a timer or thermostat. They are also very expensive to run, especially in the winter.
