Wyke Recreation Ground Childrens Playground

To refurbish an existing children’s playground on a recreation ground which is the only play area in a densely populated area in partnership with local children and the Councils Parks Service.
The innovation for this project will come from the choice of exciting, new, bright play equipment by local children and surfacing which has not been seen in the local area.
The play area will provide an area for toddlers and junior play as the older children are encouraged to play at the opposite end of the recreation ground where there is a skatepark, outdoor gym and hopefully in the near future some adventure trail equipment and a shelter.
