By development and restoration to improve the experience of all visitors to York Minister, to reinterpret the building and to provide training in craft skills. In particular, to improve physical and intellectual access to the building, to provide training in the craft skills of stone-masonry, carving and the conservation and repair of stained glass, to repair and conserve the stone and glass of the East Front of York Minister including the Great East Window.
