Young People and Families Having Fun

The project aim is to add further item of play equipment for the existing play area with safety surfacing, erect a roofed shelter to provide a covered space for picnics and schools and education visits and the purchase of bicycles and an adapted wheelchair bike for use on the sites off road cycle track.

Applecast is a charity whose main activity is to provide theraputic and educational activities for young people who are excluded from school or have special needs. Applecast also operate a garden centre, cafe and animal petting farm and off road cycle track for the public to visit.
