Please find the list of Environmental Bodies who have been forcibly removed from the scheme by HMRC, due to being referred by Entrust for serious breaches of the Regulations. As a result, any person who was a governing member of an organisation on this list at the time they were forcibly revoked, is not eligible to be a governing member of an Environmental Body in the future.
